courses provided by Orchard Learning Ltd. By purchasing a course from our eLearning Hub,
you agree to these Terms.

To access our courses, you must create an account and:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

• Keep your login details secure.

• Notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

2. Payments

• All prices are shown on our website at the time of purchase.

• Payment must be received in full before access is granted.

• We may change prices at any time.

3. Refunds

• You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

• Refunds are only available if the eLearning content hasn’t been accessed.

• No refunds will be issued once a course is completed or a certificate is issued.

All content is owned by Orchard Learning Ltd and is provided for personal learning only.
You must not:

• Copy, record, or share course materials.

• Sell or distribute any content.

We expect respectful behaviour at all times. We may suspend or remove access (without
refund) if you:

• Harass others

• Share answers or plagiarise

• Upload harmful or inappropriate content

6. Liability
Our courses are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific results, qualifications, or
employment outcomes.
To the extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
