At Orchard Learning Ltd, we provide digital educational content. This policy explains your
rights regarding cancellations and refunds for any of our eLearning courses.
1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days
of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not accessed any course content.
2. Access to Digital Content
Our courses are supplied as digital content.
By accessing any course materials (including streaming or downloading), you:

request immediate access to the content, and

agree to waive your 14-day cancellation right
Once content has been accessed, refunds for change of mind are no longer available.
3. Faulty or Misdescribed Content
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if content is:

not as described

not fit for purpose
If this happens, we will:

first attempt to fix the issue

offer a full or partial refund if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued within 14 days

6. Course Transfers
If you purchased the wrong course, we may offer a transfer of equal value at our discretion,
provided minimal content has been accessed.
